The definition of flooding is when too much precipitation (water) comes from the sky and water adds up on the land. This would be natural because people can't control the weather, but that would be cool if we could!

The Consequences of Flooding...
There is a lot of consequences tied to flooding. One of them would be erosion/landslides. Flooding could also make people lose their homes because their homes are filled with water (humans don't have gills, they have lungs, so they can't breathe in water :-)).
