Sinnai Scott
Sinnai goes above and beyond to further her knowledge and understanding of math! Keep up the good work!
Melody Wang
Melody is a member of our MathCounts Team and is our rock. She is helpful to others, seeks new ways to solve problems, and placed 2nd in our Worthington Competition this month. Congratulations, Melody!
Alexa Ritchey
Ms. Alexa Ritchey is someone that is driven by a sense of intellectual curiosity and a high sense of morality. She constantly seeks out knowledge and has a true passion for learning. This passion often extends into areas of social justice. Her knowledge and open-mindedness is displayed in her compassionate positions that always delve beyond a surface level understanding and get to the true roots of the problem. While exhibiting such impressive traits, she has also remained humble and continues to be driven to continue her growth and widen her world view. We are truly fortunate to have Alexa as part of our learning community.
Emary Spencer
Emmie recently donated 81 pounds of pet food to the Worthington Resource pantry in memory of her mom and plans to do it again! Emmie is kind and helpful at school and a joy to be around.
William Alley
William has worked his way all the way to "black belt" and teaches himself new concepts from his book all the time! He seeks out new challenges and is hungry to learn. He shows great determination in his regular practicing. I am so proud of his steady progress, he is becoming an incredible musician!
Bella Hollback
Bella comes to Global Thinkers and ELA every day ready to work hard. She is always engaged in the lessons, asks good questions, and perseveres through challenging work. Instead of giving up when something gets tricky, she works through it and keeps trying until she feels confident she has produced quality work. Most impressively, she does all of this with a positive attitude. Bella is truly eager to learn and willing to put in the work it takes to be successful. Way to go, Bella!
Ben Keyes
Ben Keyes has been a wonderful addition to the Worthington Community, and I am lucky to have him as my student. Ben goes out of his way to help others, often putting their needs above his own. His gentle spirit and big heart set a wonderful example for his classmates. His positive attitude and kind demeanor make everyone's day so much brighter.
Sydney Emberton
Sydney exudes kindness in class and around her peers. I have been encouraged to see her cheering on fellow students in my class as they share out and give presentations! Sydney is also a great listener. She asks people how they are doing, actively listens to other students as they share their perspectives, and builds off others' points to create a greater understanding for classmates. I love how she focuses on the good things that others are doing and praises them for it. Sydney is such a joy to be around, and she shares her joy with those around her!
