Our Path Note Topic
We were so excited to have Chris Rose from Abre with us on Thursday, November 11, to explain the vision of Abre and the many functions possible within the Abre platform. This platform will ultimately allow us to have access to all other platforms from one place with one log in. It will also curate information for our learners and house portfolios for them that can build from K-12.
At this time, we have turned on 9 of the 15 total apps available within Abre. The Hub with curated channels is fully up and running at this time and internal posts for each building will begin by December 3rd. All buildings will begin posting in our family channels to engage our families in the platform in the new year.
November 24 Thanksgiving Eve
After all the students have been dismissed on Wednesday, November 24, you may be dismissed once all your responsibilities are completed. If you have questions, please see you supervisor.

Piece of the Puzzle
This Week's Piece of the Puzzle is Jenna Biesecker. Jenna is not only an excellent teacher, but an excellent mentor to our students. She incorporates co-teachers into her lessons when having inclusion classes and she inspires students who are struggling to try their best. Recently, a student was struggling with anxiety that was affecting this student's grade in most classes. Mrs. Biesecker worked with the student, developing a professional rapport that not only improved the student's performance in English, but in the rest of the student's classes as well.
Join us in congratulating Jenna as This Week's Piece of the Puzzle!
