Prom Policies and Procedures

In order to have a great time this evening, we have included behavior and dress code below. Failure to comply with the following will result in removal from the event without refund.

Formal attire is highly recommended. Shoes and shirts should remain on for the entire event. No plunging necklines, excessively low backs, or hems shorter than fingertip length. If you have questions about your attire, please send a photo to your HST prior to the event for approval. Students and parents are expected to use good judgment when selecting prom attire. If a student's attire is deemed inappropriate, the student will be asked to leave the event and no refund will be issued.

Students and guests will be held to Inspire Charter School's high standards of appropriate behavior. No extreme PDA. Please abide by appropriate dancing standards. ICS has secured the Riverside Art Museum Lobby, Atrium, Art Alliance Gallery, 2nd floor, rooftop, and restroom areas for our event. Students may not leave these designated areas without a school staff member or checking out with a parent/guardian, and will not be readmitted to the event upon leaving. No exceptions. Inspire has a zero tolerance policy for drug and alcohol use. Students and guests who do not abide by this Code of Conduct will be removed from the event and no refund will be issued.

Students and their guests will be checked into and out of the event by their parent/guardian unless they have a completed transportation waiver with all appropriate documents. Waivers are available through the Inspiration Station registration link.

We are excited to share this enjoyable and memorable evening with our Inspire students. We know that it is going to be an exciting night for them full of fun times and friends!
