Justice Education Forum
Living a Life of Service & Justice
What does a life of service and justice mean to you?
Jesuit education forms a deep spirit of being men and women for others in its graduates. But, living a life of service and justice takes hard work! Since graduating from your alma mater, have you struggled with trying to fit a commitment to service and justice into an already packed schedule? Perhaps you have been looking to connect your gifts, skills, and interests with local opportunities... or incorporating these values into your relationships, communities, and work life. Justice Education Forum aims to inspire you in discovering ways to live values of service and justice in everyday life.
Keynote & Workshops
This year’s keynote speaker, Kent Koth, Director of the Seattle University Center for Service and Community Engagement and Seattle University Youth Initiative, will lead an interactive conversation for the day. Kent's research interests have focused on the intersection between service and spirituality, and on approaches to service and social change. There will be an opportunity to participate in one of three workshops focused on practical topics such as how to make a living and make a difference, and balancing personal and service/justice commitments.
