A Brave President During the Depression
During these hard times in the 1930's Franklin D. Roosevelt was elected president.These people needed a president to help them take care of their families so, that's what he did . Roosevelt set up organazaitions for people to earn money, work hard, and eat or feed their children.
A Swirling Dust Bowl
During the 1930's and during the Depression the dust bowl struck the great plains. Most of this cause was because farmers let their livestock overgraze causing the topsoil of these dry lands exahsted. Most of these states were hit in the great plains, New Mexico, South Dakota, Nebraska, Kansas, Oklahoma, and Texas.
The New Deal
When Roosevelt finally put up the new deal in the 1900's people had realive and hope that the depression would be over soon. In this picture I put people wanted Roosevelt to finish the job so everyone could feel safe and comfortable that the job will get done and the depression will be beat.
