First Staging Camp of the season was a success!

Parents! We need help with prop building. The more help we have, the easier and quicker we can get our props built and the students can begin rehearsing with them. There are two private Facebook groups for Percussion Symphony. We encourage all members and their parents/families to join in order to receive up-to-date information.

Franklin Central Percussion Symphony 2021 - this group is for current ensemble members, their parents, directors and staff.

FC Percussion Symphony Parent Group - this group is for students, parents and fans of FC Percussion Symphony to share photos, messages, and get updates and information.

The FC Winter Guard is holding a toy drive December 8th through December 15th. We encourage all FC Bands members to participate!

Please bring a new, unwrapped toy, appropriate for ages 2-10, to Door 3W. There will a box outside for collections during the times noted below.

All donations will be distributed through the Community Cupboard Food Pantry. Thank you for your support!

Poinsettias and succulent bowls will be ready for pickup on Tuesday, December 8th from 5-7pm. In order to maintain social distancing, please CLICK HERE to schedule your pickup time.

If you need more plants, or you missed the ordering window, we will have a few available for purchase. Also, we need two volunteers on Tuesday at 4pm until finished. Please contact Travis Sears if you wish to help or you need to purchase. Email: fundraising@fcbands.org.

Congratulations to Seth Henck, who was the winner of the succulent bowl donated from our fundraising partner, Schlegel Greenhouse. The winning ticket was drawn from those submitted during the recent evening concerts as well as those who attended the recent parent Zoom meeting. Accepting the award on his father's behalf is Evan Henck, a sophomore who plays bass guitar in the front ensemble. Congrats, Henck family!

Another new partner to the band program coming in December will be Johnson City BBQ. They will be offering holiday meals and give 10% back to the program. You will be able to choose from any of their 6 main sides and for the main meat selections they will include spiral sliced ham, smoked turkey breast, or a whole turkey.
