Dear Arrowhead Elementary Families,

This is a reminder that Arrowhead Elementary is offering random, no-cost COVID-19 testing at school in partnership with COVIDCheck beginning this week. Testing (saliva PCR, NOT rapid) is not mandatory and will only be performed with parent/guardian permission. If you would like your student to participate, click here: Be sure to click yes on the questionnaire before the consent form. Please watch this video for additional information :

Parents/guardians will be notified prior to testing each time. We strongly encourage your family to participate as it is a critical strategy in identifying asymptomatic students and staff.

Arrowhead Community Exchange (ACE)

We are excited to share information about a great resource we have available at Arrowhead. The Arrowhead Community Exchange (ACE) is a community food and supplies bank. This resource has proven in the past to be a source of help to families who are in need. This year we have partnered with the Hope Starts Here Food Bank to keep our ACE food bank fully stocked. If you would like to set-up a time to privately pick-up items or would like to be on a list to receive a weekly backpack of items on Friday, please call Amber Newcomb, 720-886-2855 or email her at All inquiries will remain confidential.

If you are in need of low cost internet, check out Internet Essentials from Comcast. If you are an existing Comcast customer, you are unfortunately not eligible for this service.

If you are in need of any other support or services please feel free to call or email Amber Newcomb, School Psychologist.

CCSD Health and Mental Health Line is ACTIVE!

The district Health and Mental Health Line is active again!

Starting on Monday, November 30, the CCSD Health and Mental Health Line will be available to in-district families between 8 a.m. and 4 p.m. Monday through Friday, during the district-wide school closure. Families can call 720-554-HLTH (4584) to speak with a Cherry Creek Schools registered nurse or mental health professional. They can help provide general information regarding healthcare and mental health referrals, national and local COVID-19 guidance, as well as information about Safe2Tell, Arapahoe County Department of Human Services concerns and CCSD's free breakfast and lunch distribution.

If you call the CCSD Health and Mental Health Line outside of the hours of 8 a.m. to 4 p.m., Monday through Friday, you can leave a message, and someone will return your call the next business day. However, if your need is urgent, please call 911 or your own healthcare provider.
