Learning Notes
And I have one more for you. It's personal.
I do this job because I think that education is incredibly important. I want every child to have a shot at excellence. As your principal, I strive to push and support. I want to push our school to continue to grow and learn and improve our outcomes for all students. And, I want to support you in that work. I aim to support you by sustaining a productive climate (for students, staff, and families), providing instructional leadership (feedback and coaching), and creatively allocating resources (there are others, but these are the heavy hitters).
Please take a few minutes to give me some feedback. I welcome feedback from EVERYONE. Paras, EAs, Joe...this includes you =).
The survey is anonymous. If you'd like to include your name because you have an idea you'd like to discuss, you're welcome to do so. Thank you in advance.
TCB (Taking Care of Business)
- Here is the schedule for placement/reflection meetings: Placement/Reflection Schedule
- Promise Standard Data: As you do your final assessments, please collect this data, and share it with Jenna Lepine. Please have this by your reflection meeting, if possible.
- If you haven't done so, please sign up for a PPG/SLO wrap-up meeting. (Summative people, you do not need a separate meeting). PPG/SLO Meeting Sign-up
- Budgets. It's been a busy week. Budgets will be the same as last year, and I'll refresh PO lists early next week.
- After Wednesday's staff meeting, I made one change to our back-to-school dates so that you have time to sort supplies. See the final schedule HERE.
- A reminder that All of the UBD modules should be complete by the end of the school year. There are 6 modules. If you haven't logged in and signed up for UBD Module time 5/24, I suggest you figure out how to log in before then.
