Go to: https://mfitzgerald14.wixsite.com/sphslibrary2019 to BOOK THE LABS, LIBRARY LOFT TABLES, IPAD CART (ONLY 12), LIBRARY INSTRUCTIONAL AREA (Includes 30 chromebooks) and sign up for library class time.
Please note that testing may override this calendar. You will be contacted if this occurs.
SPHS has 3 computer labs
(Substitutes should not be directed to bring classes to the labs unless it’s a long-term sub.)
Library Loft Lab (located on 3rd floor library)

Each lab has a tech cart with 5 extra chrome books- the lock combo is LOCK
1 cart of 12 iPads
Chromebook Lab/Instructional Area (Lower Library)
when you sign up for this space- you bring your class directly to the library, unless otherwise noted.
Library LOFT Policy: The second floor of the library is only used for:
Professional Development, Teacher Instruction, and Computer Lab usage
(as a class).
** Please do not send students into the loft without adult supervision.
LAMINATING, POSTERS ETC.
*Sending students to the Library: Teachers may send up to 5 students at a time to the library with a pass filled out completely and signed.
*Copy Machine – it is located on the main floor in the Library Makerspace.
The library staff does not know how to service the copy machine. If there is an issue or jam --please contact the front office ASAP.
Class Copies--Students are not allowed to print out classroom sets. IF teachers are giving assignments where students are required to produce a class set- please remind them they may not print them out on library printers
* Laminator – located in lower library. Use the attached form for all laminating and MAKE SURE YOU PUT YOUR ROOM NUMBER. Place it on the table in Room 246D
- check back within 24 hours to pick it up.

Minecraft in Education
Minecraft in Education is now on all AACPS computers!
