A sedentary lifestyle is damaging to health and bears responsibility for the growing obesity problems. Another word for sedentary lifestyle is "Couch Potato". Inactivity and being overweight go hand in hand. In our muscle cells, there are more insulin receptors than fat cell, so if a person decreases their exercise, their insulin would decrease causing fat cells to increase.
Effects of type II diabetes and risks for developing it
Type two diabetes is something that happens OVERTIME, this is why it’s different from type one because it happens overtime and it effects adults
