  • The class make a big improvement in their social studies test for the last unit.
  • There will be a take-home activity for social studies class need you to participate in with my students.
  • There will be a Thanksgiving celebration in school on November 21, 2014 from 11:30 a. m.-12:30 p. m., parents are welcome to come to school to celebrate with our students together.

This Week in Class

Social Studies: The student will analyze how physical characteristics of the environment influenced population distribution, settlement patterns, and economic activities in colonies regions.

Science: The student will explore how short- and long-term environmental changes affect organisms and traits in subsequent populations.

English/Language Arts: The student will learn how to write persuasive texts to influence the attitudes or actions of a specific audience on specific issues.

Math: The student will learn to model and solve one-variable equations with variables on both sides of the equal sign that represent mathematical and real-world problems using rational number coefficients and constants.
