March 2018- Note Worthy News
From the Principal's Desk
February was another busy month here at CBW. We celebrated everything from Valentine's Day to the Innovation Day, and everything in between.
4th grade classes enjoyed one of our favorite 4th grade traditions, Innovation Day. Each 4th grade class had a different STEAM activity set-up. Students rotated to each class to build, engineer, rescue, float, and construct. A great big thank you to Ms. Davenport for planning and executing a memorable day for everyone.
1st grade impressed us with their wonderful presentation of "Seussical the Musical." It is always fun to see our boys and girls on stage. In addition, Cat in the Hat himself came to visit CBW! We are so lucky to have such a famous guest!
A big congratulations to all of our second marking period honor roll and high honor roll students.
Kindergarten's Fairy Tale Literacy Night was a magical time of reading, learning, and laughing. Thank you to all of our kindergarten families who came out for the fun. Thank you Mrs. Hoffman for making this night possible.
March promises to bring even more excitement, please see the detailed calendar below.
Best Wishes,
Mrs. Cara J. Burton
