1. Overview of Events
Career Day connects companies and organizations with students seeking careers in digital, print and broadcast journalism, film production, creative mass media, media sales, advertising and public relations. Activities begin with a networking breakfast for employers and students, followed by panel discussions, a networking luncheon and a career fair. The $50 registration covers employer attendance at all events. This link will take you to our registration page, or click one of the buttons in this invitation. The registration deadline is Friday, February 5, 2016.

We offer four levels of sponsorship. All levels include Career Day registration cost of $50.
Platinum Level – $2,000
- Your company will be the featured event sponsor
- Featured spotlight in our weekly newsletter, currently reaching over 2,000 Grady and pre-journalism students, for one year.
- Your company will receive priority recruiting dates on campus with Grady students
- As an event co-sponsor, Broadcast Organizations governed by the Federal Communications Commission (FCC) may be eligible for one full EEO credit
- Professionals from your company could serve as workshop leaders
- Your company name will be displayed prominently on all marketing materials
- Your company will be given a prominent location at the career fair
Gold Level - $1,000
- Your company will sponsor the networking luncheon and be recognized
- Your company can co-host one #GradyChat, a great way to engage students and alumni on Twitter. A past #GradyChat was a trending topic in Atlanta!
- Your company will receive priority recruiting dates on campus with Grady students
- Your company name will be displayed prominently on all marketing materials
- Your company will be given a prominent location at the career fair
- Professionals from your company could serve as workshop leaders

Silver Level – $500
- Your company will sponsor the networking breakfast OR one workshop and be recognized
- Your company name will be displayed on marketing materials
- Professionals from your company could serve as workshop leaders
- Your company will be given a prominent location at the career fair
- As an event co-sponsor, Broadcast Organizations governed by the FCC may be eligible for one full EEO credit
Bronze Level – $250
- Your company name will be displayed on marketing materials
- Professionals from your company could serve as workshop panelists
- Your company will be given a prominent location at the career fair
- As an event co-sponsor, Broadcast Organizations governed by the FCC may be eligible for one full EEO credit
General Registration - $50
- Your company will receive one table for two representatives at the career fair
- Broadcast Organizations governed by the FCC may be eligible for ¼ of EEO credit
*NOTE: In order for your company's logo to be included on our promotional flyers, you must submit sponsorship payment by Friday, January 22, 2016.

JASMINE CLAYTON, EXPERIENTIAL LEARNING COMMUNICATIONS INTERN
Jasmine Clayton is a senior at the University of Georgia with a major in Public Relations, minor in Spanish and a certificate in New Media. She has experience interning for both corporate and nonprofit organizations, including her previous roles as the Corporate Communication Intern at Southern Company, Marketing Intern at Goodwill of North Georgia and Development/Special Events Intern at Open Hand Atlanta. Additionally, Jasmine has held various leadership positions on campus and sharpened her Spanish skills in a Spanish-language immersion program in Buenos Aires, Argentina. She joins the Grady Department of Experiential Learning as its Communications Intern for the Spring 2016 semester.
