PM Preschool Newsletter

Week of April 11, 2016

This week in pre-k:

We continue working with left and right hands. We will be learning about the letters O and Z. The children are also working on writing middle and last names, counting up to 50, counting backwards from 10.
I am attaching book orders that are due back on Thursday.
I also am adding an age/sounds chart. I have had a few parents ask about speech, and what sounds they should be able to make and at what age. If you look at the chart: there are 2 rows (boys, girls), each number is the age, inside the number are sounds they should be able to make at that age. If you have any questions or concerns, please send me an email, or give me a call at school.

PLEASE DO NOT FORGET!

It really helps make the day go so smoothly and required by the Department of Education: please have an extra set of clothes with undies, and socks.
Also if sending money for breakfast or milk tickets please make sure it is in a labeled envelope so we can get it to the correct place.
