EV3 Training
Lego Mindstorms EV3 is the third generation robot in Lego’s robotics line. It The "EV" designation refers to the "evolution" of the NXT series. "3" refers to the fact that it is the third generation of Lego Bricks - first was RCX and the second is NXT. There are many competitions using this set, among them is the First Lego League.

All CEOP's “Think u Know” resources are free to download and use (subject to validation). However, to deliver the
11-16 programme you are required to complete the FREE CEOP “Think u Know” training course. We also recommend that professionals using CEOP resources at any Key Stage
attend this course.
Objectives of the course:
Introduce the resources available through the programme;
Explain how the programme can be introduced to pupils;
To increase understanding of many of the most popular
applications young people are using in the online and
mobile environment
These and a wide range of other resources will be available for immediate use in school.

Micro Bit (also referred to as BBC Micro Bit, stylized as micro:bit) is an ARM-based embedded system designed by the BBC for use in computer education in the UK.
The device will be given away free to every year 7 pupil in the UK.

The days when our home and office life were clearly divided ended when we started leaving digital footprints all over the internet. Now many of us, managing multiple social media accounts, are struggling to draw the boundaries and protect our privacy. This session looks at how staff can protect themselves and protect learners in the internet jungle.
