- Make sure that when you are absent you leave sub plans & copies for your sub. The office is not responsible for making your copies.
- Please make sure that all parents/guardians who chaperone a field trip are VIP'd, it is REQUIRED! If you have a field trip coming up, make sure chaperones are cleared ahead of time through the VIPS process.
- When going on a field trip, please leave a roster of students attending the field trip and a copy of all permission slips with Irene.
- The gate between the cafeteria & "E" building is being left open and/or unlocked. Please make sure to lock the gate, as it should be LOCKED AT ALL TIMES during school hours.
- If you are going to be late, please make sure to contact the office so that we can have coverage in place.
- If you have a middle school student aide, that aide is to be in your class at all times, unless otherwise arranged. If you are absent, or on early dismissal Thursdays, teachers are responsible for making arrangements for their aides.
