I interviewed someone who is very important to me. His name is David Henning. He is my grandpa.
My grandpa, David Henning, was born in Charleston, South Carolina. He had a very good childhood. He fished, shrimped, and played in the woods. They didn’t have video games back then.
At the end of high school, he was working at a community center. When he got out of high school he got a job working at Southern Bell, where they buried telephone cables. That didn’t work out and he got a job making donuts at Krispy Creme for two years. Then he got a job working on trucks as a mechanic until he got injured and got disability.
He graduated from a two year trade school for air conditioning and refrigeration. He also got married and had a family.
My grandpa is important to me. He is very nice to me. He is very caring towards me. I love my grandpa.
