Join PTSA

Reminder! Please join our PTSA. Your membership fees go towards activities and supplies for our students and teachers!

Anyone can join our PTSA! All family members, students, and community members.

To join, simply click this link. Its takes less than 3 minutes and $11 per person.

PTSA has a membership goal of obtaining a minimum of 50 member this year. Help them reach their goal!

Every person in your family who joins PTSA earns 2 hours of participation time that goes towards your families 30 hours of participation.

Save the Date! Winter Showcase

DECEMBER 8TH

Please save the date and be sure to attend our Winter Showcase! Since our school is on a block schedule and students complete year long classes in one semester, we have two Showcase events that are similar to an Open House. In December, we hold our Winter Showcase, and in May we will have our Spring Showcase and Community Fair.

During our Winter Showcase, students will get to showcase the hard work and projects they have been working on this semester. Each class has a theme and parents will get to walk around the campus to visit all of the exciting displays.

During the Winter Showcase, the PTSA is also hosting a Silent Auction Fundraiser! The Silent Auction will be held in the High Media Room. Please be sure to stop by and bid on a couple of great gifts!

8th Grade School Information Night!

On Wednesday, November 9th from 5:30-7:00 we will be having an 8th Grade Information Night. Any and all 8th graders who are interested in Computer Science, Film Production and learning more about New Tech should come to this informational meeting. Please share the flier with family, friends, and social media! Help us get New Tech on the map!

Hour of Code Day - December 6th

Every year in December, in honor and celebration of Computer Science Week (Dec 5-11), New Tech participates in Hour of Code! On this day, all New Tech students get to participate in coding activities, presentations, and so much fun during the school day.

Hour of Code this year, will happen on Tuesday, December 6th.

We are super excited this year to be able to grow our event exponentially and partner with Square Root Academy to bring our students more activities, guest speakers, and fun for Hour of Code Day this year!

Soccer Team Update

GOOOOOO TIMBERWOLVES!!!

Our Soccer Team is heading to the playoffs! Their record so far is 6-2. Their last regular season game is Wednesday, November 2nd against SES at Garcia Bend.

They have clinched the 2nd Seed for playoffs and will play Health Professions at Garcia Bend on Monday, November 7th starting at 4:15pm. If they win, they will face the winning team between Legion and SES.

The Championship game is Scheduled for Wednesday, November 9th.
