Background
Kim Noble was born in 1960. Her parents were factory workers trapped in an unhappy marriage and they left care of their daughter in the hands of friends and acquaintances. From an early age Kim suffered extreme abuse, which caused her illness. Later on in her life for a period of time she would repeatedly attempt suicide and be placed on suicide watch in the hospital, she also developed anorexia and bulimia. From the age of 14 she spent 20 years in and out of the hospital until she finally began therapy and was diagnosed with DID (Dissociative Identity Disorder).
