Medication authorization paperwork:
Any student needing to take medication while at school will need to have parent and physician authorizations. If your student needs medication at school and you have already sent an Asthma Action Plan or a Food Allergy Action Plan to nurse Jacobs, you do not need to do additional paperwork. All others, please complete the attached paperwork (an Asthma Action Plan for inhalers (signed by doctor and parent), a Food Allergy Action Plan for Epi-Pen (signed by doctor and parent), or the medication authorization for all other medications (signed by doctor and parent). Nurse Jacobs will have medication drop off appointments starting October 20th (more details next week).

Building a YEARbook to Remember TOGETHER!
This is the year to purchase a yearbook whether your child is a part of the virtual campus or attending in-person learning! What a better way to remember it then to have a keepsake of the year school started virtually and students and staff wore masks when we returned to in-person learning. As we head back to in-person learning we still ask that you submit photographs from home and virtual campus, we are building this book together as a community.
This week, please submit your pictures of your child in their learning space and a photograph of them in a zoom class. To submit a photograph for consideration, you can upload it quickly to our yearbook website through the Herff Jones eShare app (HJ eshare). Create an account using only our school number 16760, your name and email address then choose photos from your photo roll, label and upload! Photos can be uploaded from your computer as well at this link (school code 16760).. Detailed information on how to upload photos and how to take a cellphone photo is available at the links below.
