How to bake a Chocoflan

Materials needed

  • 10 yolk eggs
  • 2 full eggs
  • 2 sweetened condensed milk cans
  • 3 tablespoons of vanilla
  • 1 1/2 cup of sugar
  • 1 box of chocolate cake mix

Steps

  1. Melt 1 1/2 cup of sugar on a pan on the stove until golden brown
  2. Quickly pour sugar onto another pan, covering all of the pan
  3. In a mixing bowl, mix the 10 yolk eggs, 2 full eggs, 2 sweetened condensed milk, and 2 cups of fresh milk
  4. After mixing, pour mix on top of hard sugar
  5. Use other bowl to begin with the cake mix
  6. After mixing, turn on over at 350 degrees
  7. Pour cake mix on top of flan mix
  8. Place the pan of flan and cake in a bigger baking pan
  9. Pour water in the baking pan until it covers half of the mixes pan
  10. Place the mix and baking pan in oven
  11. Wait patiently for 1 hour then pick through it with a fork or knife to see if ready
  12. If not, wait 30 more minutes and take it out
