Additional Resources To Support Student Learning

The past few months Our Lady of Las Vegas has been able to utilize grant funding, whose sole purpose is to provide additional resources to help our students learn during these difficult times! We have been able to provide the following resources with this additional funding:

  • Additional Full-Time Aides in 2nd and 3rd grade

Our Lady of Las Vegas Students will continue to utilize these funds over the next two years to help support student learning!

2nd Grade Baptism

Our Second Grade students were able to witness the Sacrament of Baptism and support one of their fellow classmates. We were blessed to be able to have Bishop Gregory W. Gordon perform this Holy sacrament. Congratulations!

Jesus said, "Baptize them in the name of the Father, the Son, and the Holy Spirit, and teach them to do everything I have told you." Matthew 28:18-20

Before School

Before care is available from 6:30 AM to 7:30 AM each morning. If you choose to drop your child off before 7:30 AM please make sure they attend before care. As the safety of your child is our number one priority, we do not have supervision out front of the school prior to 7:30 AM. If your child is dropped off before 7:30 AM your child will be escorted to before school.

Stay Home if Sick OR Have Had a COVID-19 Exposure

Please do not send your child to school if they are feeling sick or if you have to medicate them to feel well enough to attend school. We want to keep our classes open!

Out of an abundance of caution if a child goes home due to COVID-19 symptoms they are required to go to the doctor to either be cleared or take a COVID-19 test. A child must be cleared by a doctor OR have a negative COVID-19 test IN ADDITION to being symptom-free for 24 hours without medication prior to returning to campus.

If your child is not going to attend school please email attendance@ollv.org.
