Planning for 2022 ACCESS for ELLS Test Administration
-Every school will need to identify 1-6 certified educators on their campus to serve as a test administrator (TA). This is in addition to your ESOL teacher. You will want to train enough teachers to support your testing schedule to complete testing within two weeks of your start date. Remember there are multiple test sessions and groups for every domain – listening, reading, writing, and speaking.
- ACCESS for ELLs is a state mandated assessment and is part of School and District Accountability results. The test includes four test sessions: Listening, Reading, Writing, and Speaking.
- Training for ACCESS for ELLs is required by ALSDE. It is a self-paced training that may take up to two hours.
- Once you have completed the survey link below with names of your TAs, then Ann Marie Batista will email your TAs and provide training information. Please contact ann.batista@hsv-k12.org if you need an EL count for your school.
- Principal or BTC should complete the form by Wednesday, December 15, 2021.
