Plant Some Seeds of Learning!

Writing to LEARN!

Writing is in EVERY subject, but you don't have to be an expert to use it in yours!

There has been much discussion about writing in our elementary school. We will be reading a short text and will do a form of poetry called the Six-Word Memoir to celebrate National Poetry Month. This can be done in ANY grade, ANY subject, and ANY class, so come on out and have some discussion. We will be sharing some research regarding writing and some ideas to get "Writing to Learn" happening routinely in your classroom.
