The biggest can grow up to 1000 pounds.
They are in a family called Cephalopods.
Habitat
A squid lives in the ocean but never freshwater.
Sometimes squid swim in groups called shoals.
They live in all oceans, Pacific, Atlantic, Indian, Arctic, and Southern oceans.
