My Self-Esteem


I am confident and happy about my self-esteem. I have a fun-loving approach in life and am very upbeat. My self-esteem could improve but it is not bad. Building confidence in others and letting others know they can count on me is very important. I have strength to face my fears and speak up. My self-esteem is well balanced and not unrealistic. Having meaningful relationships with people in my life is very important to me.

Affect of Low Self-Esteem

Having low self-esteem can make your life difficult. It can cause depression, discomfort, fear, and anxiety. With low self-esteem you can make bad decisions an ruin your life.You can be angry all the time and mad at people who didn't do anything. A another result of low self-esteem would be lack of confidence. They don't feel like they are good enough or do not even try. Some low self-esteem problems come from things like, neglect, abuse, failing to meet parental standards, and not fitting in with your peers. I think people with low self-esteem should seek help and try to get better.

Ways to Maintain My Self-Esteem

I always need to keep a positive attitude and have a good out look on life. I try to set goals and reach them. I have people who love and care about me to get me through life and the tough things in my life. I believe in myself and push myself to be the best I can be. I try to look at all the people and things that bring me down and get them out of my life. The most important thing i do to maintain my self-esteem would be believing in myself.
