Spanish 1 Newsletter
Term 4
Update
Dear Parents/Guardians,
We will begin Term 4 with Chapter 4B - Los Pasatiempos. Throughout the course of the next few weeks, students will learn a variety of Spanish sport and pastime vocabulary words, how to conjugate stem-changing verbs in the present tense, and about leisure activities in Spanish-speaking countries. We will conclude our studies for the year with Chapter 5A - Family and Celebrations.
As we navigate through the remainder of the Spanish 1 curriculum, students will observe that the content will continue to be more challenging. With this increase in rigor, students should plan to spend at least 15 minutes per evening reviewing their Spanish materials. Don't forget to check out Google Classroom ("About" Tab) for helpful learning resources.
As always, please feel free to contact me with questions or concerns.
Muchas gracias,
SeƱora Piazza
