OSSB Athletics - Forensics First!
Hello Panthers!
Athletics for OSSB will be a little different this year. COVID-19 has limited our ability to be in school, practice, and travel for competition. The NCASB has worked together to re-arrange our sports schedule in hopes that we can hold more traditional practices and competitions later this school year.
The fall athletic schedule, as of now and subject to change, is as listed below.
Forensics - Coaches Traucht and Johnson
All practices and events are held via Zoom.
Letter attached for more information regarding this season
Aug. 31st & Sept. 2 Try-Outs
First practice Sept. 8
NCASB Virtual Championship November 16-19 in the evening.
Wrestling and Cheerleading will continue to be revisited but no detailed plans as of now.
Track and Goalball have been moved to the Spring before Swimming begins. Details are COVID dependent.
Please remember to update FinalForms at https://ossb-oh.finalforms.com/
Students will not be allowed to participate in practices or competitions without Final Forms completed.
I look forward to being creative and flexible this year with our Panther student-athletes,
Alison Brewer
