NEW: EAHS Winter Guard

NEW THIS YEAR!! 🎉

We are starting an indoor color guard this year FOR THE FIRST TIME! This group is open to ANY high school student.

What is indoor?

Indoor guard consists of baton, flag, rifle, & sabre spun to choreography inside. Typically, indoor consists of a lot of dance & body movement. It is a GREAT opportunity.

REMINDER: Marching Band Uniform Care

Please read the following below for how to care for your marching band uniform now that the season has ended. Now is a good time to get your uniform dry cleaned.

  • Ensure the jacket is hung on the hanger supplied at the beginning of the season.
  • Hang the jacket OUTSIDE of the garment bag.
  • Pants should be hung on the creases. Please hang this OUTSIDE of the garment bag if damp to air out.
  • Make sure hats are not pressed up against other items. The top of the hat should not be rubbing against anything in a closet.
  • Guard: please adhere to the uniform care instructions given during uniform fittings. This document can also be found here.

*If you need any repairs completed on your uniform, please contact Mrs. Niosi or Mrs. Crawford. Do not complete any repairs at home.

Students will need their red band jackets & white pants for the winter band concert on Friday, January 20.
