Message from Mrs. Fricke

What an amazing time of the year!! It is so exciting to see the joy on the faces of our students every day, but especially during the holiday season! The holidays can be a stressful time of year with busy schedules, added responsibilities, family gatherings, concerts and holiday events. As the holiday season approaches, it's a reminder to give our children and families the gift of extra TIME. Find ways to spend time together creating memories that will last a lifetime. Monetary gifts will come and go, but the gift of special time spent together will never fade.

During this time of year we would like to say thanks to:

- The parents and guardians for the support you give your child with their school work, the support you show to the school and for spending quality time with your child.

- Community members and parents who support our students and staff with treats, helping

at events or donating items for fundraisers.

- The teachers and support staff at Collins-Maxwell who are committed to giving their best

to our children every day.

- The Collins-Maxwell MS/HS students who are dedicated to their learning, involved in

activities outside of the school day and are respectful, kind people.

I am so proud of how much our community, students and staff give this time of year. Our NHS hosted a Thanksgiving meal drive and collected enough food to distribute 28 holiday meals. We have numerous giving projects currently being organized for the holiday season, which exhibits what an amazing, caring culture we have here at CM! We truly appreciate the support for those in need.

Wishing everyone a wonderful holiday season. May you enjoy time spent with family and the memories made during this time of year.

Go Spartans!

Mrs. Lori Fricke, MS/HS Principal
