5ht grade auction table letter
Dear 5 th Grade Families:
Mark your calendars for Saturday, April 27 th , at 6:30pm, as we transform our school into a
dazzling Monte Carlo-themed extravaganza. Picture an evening filled with elegance,
excitement, and entertainment, complete with dinner, drinks, music, shopping, and dancing –
all under the glitzy glamour of Monte Carlo.
The annual spring auction is more than just a fundraiser, its an opportunity for our entire
county to come together in support of St. Anthony’s School. This event serves as a cornerstone
of our PTO’s fundraising efforts, providing crucial funding for our school’s operational costs.
Every dollar raised directly contributes to enhancing the educational experience of our
students. As in the past, each class supports a themed table for the silent auction. Every year
our silent auction chairs work hard at finding items that will generate a great deal of interest
and will bring in bids that directly support our school and our children. Donations of any dollar
amount are needed to fund the silent auction tables and can be either be used as a tax
deduction or toward your family’s required volunteer hours. For every $20 you donate you can
log one (1) parent participation hour.
Donations can be made on-line at:

In addition to donations on-line, you may also send checks made to St. Anthony’s School, or
cash donations. Please include your child’s grade in the memo portion of the check. If Venmo is
an easier option for you, please contact Jessie at: jessiemarie2000@hotmail.com . You will
receive an acknowledgment of your donation before the end of the school year.
Thank you for your generosity and support of St. Anthony’s School! Sincerely,
Jessie Wedam, Annie Foreman, Amanda Erickson & Veronica Ramirez
