Immigration Boom?

Beginning in the 1900's, immigration has boosted from a 3.5 million to a huge 9 million in the beginning of the new century. Over the years, the numbers have done nothing but increased. By 2030, there will be more than 40 million Hispanic voters in the United

States. If there are no stricter laws, then the Hispanics are liable to take over. Immigrants come from Mexico because of "economic oppurtunity", but now Mexico's economy is better than the United States. Maybe now that Mexico has better economics, there will be less immigration in the United States and then, hopefully, the immigration laws can become strict to a good standard.

Can this immigration boom be changed?

If the government were to make stricter laws on immigration, then it wouldn't be such a big deal. There should be more background checks and tests to be sure they can be approved to enter the borders. Once the laws are strict, then there will be less Hispanic voters. Though there are alot of immigrants already present in the United States, tests still should be done to be sure they are allowed to stay in the country.
