BEADLE’S MISSION STATEMENT

Beadle Middle School, a community where each individual is a teacher and a learner, guarantees students will achieve their maximum growth academically, socially, and emotionally. We will meet the unique needs of each student in a collaborative environment using effective and innovative strategies to engage and challenge all students.

Half Day of School -- Beadle Sneak Peek

Friday, May 7, will be a half-day of school for our current Beadle Middle School students.

  • Current students will be dismissed from school at 11:00 a.m. so the 2021-2022 sixth grade students can come to the Beadle Sneak Peek to tour the building and complete transition activities.

Buses will run accordingly. Current students are asked to be picked up by 11:15 a.m. so we can prepare for the fifth grade students. Incoming fifth grade students will arrive by 12:30 p.m.

  • NOTE: In preparation for our concert the sixth-grade band has a full rehearsal in the Cafeteria on April 15 from 3:00 to 4:00

Jazz Band - Mrs. Lindquist

  • Jazz Band and the Fifth Grade Bands from Reeder, Reagan and Wheeler Elementaries will have a combined concert on Tuesday, May 4. Watch for more information

Millard Summer School

The middle school sessions will be held at Millard Beadle Middle School. Current eighth grade students interested in summer school will attend sessions at Millard South High School. For more information go to: http://www.mpsomaha.org/curriculum/summer-school

Attention 8th graders! Would you like to be part of Millard West Color Guard

The Color Guard is part of the Millard West Varsity Marching Band, which performs at home football games as well as competes locally and nationally. They learn how to spin flags, wooden rifles, sabres, and other props to enhance the visual aspect of the show. Previous dance experience is helpful, but not required. Interested students should attend all 3 workshops at Millard West on the following dates:

  • Thursday, April 15 3:30-6pm in Wildcat Gym 2
  • Friday, April 16 3:30-6pm in Wildcat Gym 2
  • Monday, April 19 3:30-6pm in Wildcat Gym 2
