AMERICORPS Volunteer opportunities
AmeriCorps is your moment to take the path less traveled, to break the status quo, to stop talking about the problem and be the solution. Join AmeriCorps and you can mentor and tutor kids, rebuild a community after disaster, help veterans and work with local communities to alleviate poverty. IDAHO JOB CORPS
Students can enroll in Idaho Job Corps for three months to up to 24 months, depending on the educational program and individual needs. Once admitted, students will engage in extensive career exploration and will work closely with an academic adviser who will help set up a career pathway. Each student will participate in work-based learning, life skills coaching, physical fitness and service learning. Click here to learn more.
SIGN-UP FOR BOISE DESIGN DAY
During Boise Design Day, students get a taste of life as emerging designers at the University of Idaho. The hands-on workshop is FREE and open to students in grades 9-12 with an interest in exploring University of Idaho majors:
- architecture
- art + design
- interior design
- landscape architecture
- virtual technology and design
- apparel, textiles and design*
The Free Application for Federal Student Aid or (FAFSA), grants, scholarships, federal work-study and federal student loans. Complete your application as soon as possible!
