Midterm Review Process
All coaching clients participate in a mid-term review process at this time each semester. Students review their mid-term grades in WebAdvisor and Canvas, calculate their approximate GPA, and take a little time to reflect with their coach about what's worked well so far. We discuss the grade they would like to achieve by the end of the semester, the steps required to accomplish that goal, and how they might overcome anticipated obstacles. We also break down end-of-semester projects, set study sessions on the calendar, and determine accountability measures to help keep them on track.
If you have any students who could benefit from this process, please send them to trac.champlain.edu to pick an available appointment slot.
