Dear Parents,

I am excited to welcome our new counselor, Heather Woehl. She comes to us from Lake Travis but spent ten years as the counselor at Westside Elementary, right here in LISD. She comes with a wealth of experience, excitement to be back in the elementary setting, and a joy for working with our Rattlers. Please join me in welcoming her to the Ridge. • Special Education Instructional Assistant - This job opportunity would focus on working with students who receive special education services. We are also open to a job share opportunity with two individuals interested in part-time work.

• Permanent Substitute - We have been granted the opportunity again to hire a permanent sub for the year. This position has been a lifesaver in the past. The substitute would report to school each morning and sub wherever the need is for the day. In the past, we have utilized this position to sub in classes where there were last-minute emergencies, vacancies, and needs around the school. It would require you to be an official substitute for Leander ISD by applying and going through substitute training. We are also open to a job share opportunity with two individuals interested in splitting this position.

• Special Education Teacher with an emphasis on Autism - We still have a vacancy and would love to fill this position with a highly qualified teacher. Please spread the word!
