Weekly Professional Growth: Instructional Technique #1

Last week in your PLC groups or individually, you were introduced to your Deliberate Practice Element (part of Domain 3). It is important that through this journey of professional growth that you are constantly reflecting on your practice and learning. This week begins the three week Instructional Technique cycle on the first strategy with in your element.


9/28-10/2: Review the Instructional Technique and start to implement in your classroom*

10/5-10/9: Try and Reflect with your PLC*

10/12-10/16: Face to Face Coaching by Coaching Team Member*

*Make sure to reflect through the discussion board each week (copy link into myPGS reflection log).

We are very excited to announce our 2nd Observe an Educator event at Ridgewood High School to be held on October 13, 14, and 15.
