Stratford Chefs School: Christmas Market
1. Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F.
2. Toss the nuts in a large bowl to combine and spread them out on a cookie sheet. Toast in the oven until they become light golden brown, about 10 minutes.

JHGWIR: Molly Wizenberg at the Stratford Chefs School!
Molly began her visit at Heliconian Hall in Toronto: introduced by Elizabeth Baird, Molly held a public lecture on food, writing, and life - dialogue style - with Lucy and Emma Waverman.
Molly, pictured right, also instructed second year students, offering her insights and wealth of knowledge on the topic of food writing and culture.
While with us only for a short period, Molly's presence has been missed at the SCS by both students and faculty alike. We look forward to welcoming her back in the future.
Thank you Molly!
