Principal's Weekly Newsletter
We are honored to have hosted community leaders and Lighthouse Coordinators from other schools for this morning's Leader Valley Council meeting. Did you know we are the only place in the nation that has an organization like Leader Valley?
We appreciate the guidance and assistance of the Leader Valley team and the financial support of businesses and individuals who make Leader Valley and the Leader in Me possible.

December 8, 2022
Advent has begun and our students are preparing for Christmas just like all of us at home. In addition to activities in their classrooms, they are planning and practicing for Monday Morning Prayer and weekly Masses. During Advent, the students help us all reflect on the importance of God in our lives while preparing for the birth of Jesus.
It is important to have each child at school so they don’t miss the quality instruction and activities that are being done during the day. With that being said, it is also important to make sure that your child is feeling well before they come to school. Here are a couple of reminders about our school’s illness guideline. If children have a temperature of 100 degrees or higher, they should stay home until they are fever free without the benefit of medication. Children that have nausea, vomiting, or diarrhea within the last 24 hours should stay home as well.
I hope to see you at the breakfast our 7th and 8th graders are hosting on Sunday! I think they have come up with a fun way to work together, allow us to come together, and support service learning in our school.
Blessings,
Mr. Wiebers
FAITH
Today we celebrated the Solemnity of the Immaculate Conception of the Blessed Virgin Mary. It was wonderful to see so many family members and parishioners join us for Mass.
