America For Early Ed
Encourages investment in high-quality early childhood education and early childhood educators that will make America brighter, stronger, and more competitive.
From our nation’s inception, we have held a collective belief that all children, regardless of their circumstances, should have a fair shot at freedom and economic opportunity that comes with our democracy. But in reality, when kids start behind, they often stay behind – limiting their potential and their contributions to our country. Access to affordable, high-quality early learning boosts their chances to live up to that potential and become valuable contributors to society.
To fully extend America’s promise of a world-class education to the next generation, learning must start well before the first day of kindergarten for all children. Our nation can and must do better to create opportunities that help all children and families succeed. America for Early Ed helps ensure that political candidates and policymakers embrace early learning as a must, with a commitment from them to expand opportunity, support excellence, and value early childhood educators.

Teacher Spotlight!
The teacher of the month for the CN1 location is Kim Hall. Kim is a toddler teacher and rocks at it. She always has a smile on face and a sweet voice for every child she sees. She is so loving and cares so much about the way her class is ran and looks. She loves spending time with her family and watching her children grow and learn. She chose childcare because she genuinely enjoys working with children. She is a wonderful asset to have in our facility.
Teacher of the Year!
Rainbow Child Care Center has some of the best teachers in the industry. We know they work hard each and every day to help our child learn and grow. In an effort to recognize our outstanding teachers, Rainbow Child Care Center started a Teacher of the Year program last year and we are excited to announce this years winners!! The following criteria was used to nominate and select a winner at each school; classroom management, teacher effectiveness, utilization of all curriculum components, creativity, customer service, team work, and professional development. Please help me in congratulating the Teacher of the Year school winners!! Your teacher will receive a Teacher of the Year shirt and certification which will arrive at your school the last week of August.

CCEI
We have been rolling out this new Professional Development Training Platform in 2 Phases:
Phase 1: Regions 3,4,5,6,11,12,15 (began June 1st)
Phase 2: Regions 1,2,7,8,9,10,14,16
On CCEI, employees will be able to sign in to the learning management system using their own unique user name and password. The learning management system is self-paced and automatically saves coursework, allowing employees to pick up where they left off. When finished with a course, a certificate of completion may be printed which can be used towards required licensing hours.
In addition to an easy to use website, the CCEI courses provide continued education benefits. CCEI offers online certificate programs that meet coursework requirements for national credentials, such as the Child Development Associate (CDA), Online Director Credentials, and other continuing education options. CCEI also partners with accredited institutions of higher learning to make coursework eligible for college credit.
We look forward to embarking on this amazing opportunity with you!
