We hope you all had an enjoyable February vacation. As we prepare to kick-off the Boosterthon this week, we thank VASE for their continued support. Please take a look at this article to learn more about VASE.

Here is what you need to know:
- Math SuperStars: Math SuperStars is back! Math SuperStars is a math enrichment available to all students in grades Kindergarten through grade 6. This 8 week program consists of math challenges in order to earn both indvidual and classroom stars. This year, Math SuperStars will be completed DIGITALLY. A Math SuperStars Google Classroom has been created, and each Monday the new challenge for each grade level will be posted as a Google Form. Students should complete and submit each form by the following Monday. You can sign up for Math SuperStars via the Google Form here before the first challenge begins on February 26th. If you'd like to join on your own or after February 26th, please use the class code wyzzgic. Please email ericaprien@oldrochester.org with any questions.
Camp Burgess Chaperones (6th Grade): March 1st is the deadline for fingerprinting for all parents/guardians that plan to chaperone the overnight 6th grade field trip to Camp Burgess. Please contact vase@oldrochester.org for details.
New Bedford Symphony Orchestra, Bronspiegel Auditorium Visit (5th Grade): The final culmination of NBSO's Learing in Concert program entitled, Adaptations in Motion: Animal and Musical will take place at the Bronspiegel Auditorium on March 4th with the 5th grade in attendance enjoying a full orchestral peformance by the NBSO.
Music in the Morning: Every morning, as a school community, we listen to Music in the Morning. Mrs. Richard and Mrs. Moore will be enlightening all of us with music, instruments and genre. This week’s Music in the Morning will be One Last Time by Lin Manuel Miranda. Listen to the music here.
District Report Card: Sippican School's Report Card is now available from DESE. Please see this letter from Dr. Fedorowicz. This letter is also available in Portuguese, Spanish, French and Hindi.

Boosterthon Kicks Off March 1 Registration is now open for our Annual Boosterthon! Visit www.mybooster.com and get your student registered! All proceeds go toward enrichment activities including field trips, in-school performances and after-school programs. Check out our Junior Reporters Kick-Off video here.
