World Book Day

We are excited to see our pupils and staff dressing up as their favourite book characters for World Book Day on Thursday 2 March.


We are collecting donations for Readathon a charity that provides children's hospitals with regular storyteller visits, plus a mobile bookcase jam-packed full of brand-new books.

Epinay Sixth Form Open Days

Epinay Sixth Form Open Days for Year 11 pupils who are looking at post-16 provision for September 2017.


Drop-in sessions on:

Wednesday 15 March 1.30pm-3.30pm

Wednesday 26 April 4.00-6.00pm

at the new Epinay’s sixth form facility based at Clervaux Exchange Business Centre (adjacent to Epinay Business and Enterprise School)

NEW...South Tyneside Stonger Together Parent Carer Forum

South Tyneside Stronger Together parent carer forum (previously Listen 4 a Change) welcomes you to join the new group click here to download the membership form. The forum offers advice, guidance and support services to South Tyneside families plus invites to events and information days.


There is forum event is being held on Saturday, 4th March 2017 from 12-2pm at the Alan Shearer Centre in Newcastle click here for further details.

COMIC RELIEF

Red Nose Day on Friday 24 March, sixth form pupils will be hosting many activities to raise money for Comic Relief. Activities will include; non-uniform (£1), face painting (20p) and bake sale.


Comic Relief raises money throughout the year to tackle poverty and injustices and have supported many incredible projects, in the UK and Africa.

End of Term Showcase

Planning is well underway for our Easter showcase bonanza will be held on Tuesday 4 April, 1.30pm at Jarrow Community Centre. Pupils and staff are rehearsing and props being sourced for the performance. Further information will be put on the school website calendar and sent out with pupils nearer the time.
