The Grand Canyon
The Grand Canyon in Arizona is a natural formation distinguished by bands of red rock, revealing millions of years of geological history in cross-section. Vast in scale, the canyon averages about 10 miles across and a mile deep along its 277-mile length.It is one of the 7 wonders of the world.
Mojave Desert
The Mojave Desert is an arid rain-shadow and the driest desert in North America. it is located in the southwestern United States, primarily within southeastern California and southern Nevada, and it occupies 47,877 square mile.
Salton Sea
The Salton Sea is a shallow,saline, rift lake that is located directly on the San Andreas Fault. It was formed in 1905. With the total length of 34.8 miles. This lake is so salty no fish live in the water. Even the saltiest fish doesn't live in the lake.
The Great Salt Lake
The Great salt Lake is located in the Northern part of the U.S. state of Utah, and it is the largest salt water lake in the Western Hemisphere. It is the eighth largest terminal lake in the world. It has no outlet so therefore the salt never goes away. This lake has one of the best views.
