Congratulations Sharon!

You're the Teacher of the Week! Feel free to park in the designated parking space. I appreciate your willingness to voluntarily take part in our school community activities. Your level of dedication and conscientiousness is also appreciated.

The Power of Laughter...

Laughter activates the chemistry of the will to live, relaxes the body, reduces problems associated with high blood pressure, strokes, arthritis and ulcers. The sound of laughter is far more contagious than any cough, sniffle, or sneeze. It can be a domino effect of joy and amusement! And the good feeling that we get when we laugh can remain with us as an internal experience even after the laughter subsides.” - Robert Segal

Laughter is thought to be older than language. It is one of the most natural and beneficial things you can do for your body and mind. So, go ahead this holiday season, hang out with friends, watch your favorite movies, play games, or dance around to funny songs. Laughter spices up life and is one of your best defenses against the winter blues.
