February Need-To-Knows:
- Purchase IOWA Assessments Form F for reclassification.
- Register for 2/27 IOWA Assessments Training at ESC Region 11 (1 person from each LEA) - https://registration.esc11.net/catalog/search/iowa/.
- Train LPAC members on the Decision-Making Guide for LPACs.
- Schedule meetings for LPAC Decision Making for State Assessments.
- Confirm with classroom teachers the use of designated supports as instructional linguistic accommodations during classroom instruction and assessment throughout the year. Obtain content teacher signatures for STAAR designated supports.
- Collaborate with ARD/504/RtI/committees for ELs in these programs.
- Communicate assessment decisions with CTC.
- Conduct TELPAS required activities.
- Conduct required TELPAS window activities.
- Plan Spring event for Title III Parental Outreach, Family and Community Engagement.
