Cougar Weekly Update
November 9, 2018
Principal's Message
Wow! What a busy week. We started on Monday with first grade celebrating the 50th day of school by dressing up for the 1950's. It was great to see so many poodle skirts and leather jackets! Tuesday we welcomed parents for conferences. The communication of student progress and the exchange of ideas between parents and teachers plays a major part in the success of students. Many parents took time out of their busy schedules to come in and talk with their child's teacher. The remainder of the week was Project UP! Students had the opportunity to go on a field trip and to explore many different careers with hands on experiences. It was a great three days!

Survey for Calendar for 2019-20
Below you will find a link to a survey regarding the development of 2019/20 academic school year calendar. It contains nine questions and is expected to take less than two minutes to complete. Your feedback may be used to make adjustments to two models that are currently in development. Both models will be presented to the School Board at their December 2nd work session. I will be seeking an approved academic calendar at the December 17th school board meeting.
The survey will be open until Friday November 16, 2018.
