We are all so proud of Mrs. Johnston who was recognized this weekend at the Region 2 Kansas Teacher of the Year banquet! Thank you to Mr. Powers, Mrs. Reeves, Board President Dayna Miller, and Mrs. Brown along side Mrs. Johnston's husband Jay for being there for this special recognition! Please share your congratulations with her! Mrs. Johnston will serve on a Kansas Teacher of the Year team next Fall and have the opportunity to collaborate with other KTOY nominees! Congratulations, Mrs. Johnston!

We were within $50 of OUR goal of $6,000 for a big sliming and Coach Eller and Dr. Springer sleeping on the roof! Coach Eller will have the final update later on Monday and the results will be sent out via Skyward. Thank you to everyone for participating in the Kids Heart Challenge!

Please remember that a donation of $8 equates to 50 diapers given out to a family in need. If you would like to donate and are writing a check, please make it payable to Gray Hawk with a note on the memo line stating "diapers". Our last day to collect will be Friday, March 31.
