Top 20 Focus: Creating a Culture of Learning
Job #1: Help Others Succeed
- Every day we come to Rosa Parks and help each other be the best we can be. This helps us become the best version of ourselves and makes our school the best it can be.
Communicate You Matter
- Every single person at Rosa Parks is important. Part of our job is to make sure that we treat people respectfully and in a way that lets them know how much they matter.
Honor the Absent
- At Rosa Parks we only say good things about other people-especially when they aren't in the room.
See the Problem, Own the Problem
- If something is happening that we don't think is right, we try to find a solution instead of ignoring it. Sometimes we can solve a problem on our own, but sometimes we need adults to help us figure it out.
Reminder: Lower exterior doors lock at 8:00 a.m.
