HONEY MUSTARD BROCCOLI

AND APPLE SALAD

Ingredients

1/4 teaspoon minced garlic

1/4 cup Grey Poupon country mustard

2-3 tablespoons runny wildflower honey

1/4 cup olive oil

Salt and pepper

4 cups broccoli florets, small cut

1 small apple, small chop

Directions

In a medium sized bowl whisk together the mustard, honey, olive oil and salt and pepper.

In a separate bowl massage the broccoli with about a 1/4 teaspoon salt until the broccoli softens and begins to release its juice. Then toss into the bowl with the dressing and massage again.

Add the apple and stir together.
